Membership Cancellation Request

Cancellation Policy:

Bob Crane Community Center Memberships have a monthly Auto-deduction run on the 1st business day of each month. Cancelation requests must be received by the 24th on the month to take effect before the next billing cycle. There are no cancelation fees or refunds for previous monthly payments. Community Center Memberships paid for the year in full are non-refundable.


Your membership(s) will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle (the day before your bill date). Please provide all the individual name(s) on memberships being cancelled (First and Last names please), separated by comma.

* If you pay on a monthly basis, to ensure your pass payments are canceled, this form must be submitted by the 24th of the month prior to your monthly billing date. If this form is submitted after the 24th of the previous month, the next monthly payment will be charged to your credit/debit card and be your last payment.

A copy of your request will be emailed to the address you provide.
